Me - Today was raining and the whole day looked gray :( To me it was one of these days when my energy level was low. I did feel like there was not enough sleep. Wanted to take a nap, but spend that time behind the computer instead. Went to work tired.      WHY???????????? 

But I did my 140 squats, no pushups though. 
Also today was 2 weeks since I ve started. Nice. I can see the difference in my body, I can see my stomach getting flatter and legs stronger :) Awesome!!!!!

Haven't heard from everyone yet, but Susie said she did wake up happier, came back from work not as stressed.
Maria didn't have heart burn during the night. 

Yay!!!!!!! I am happy for my ladies!!!! I am so happy they experience the  same  as I did.

Me - I am getting stronger with my legs. O my god, I love my squat challenge. Today was 135 squat and I did 50 pushups but with stopping, had to get to downward dog pose for couple of seconds and then continue, but i was keeping it up with the rhythm. It was super hard to finish, but I did 50 pushups. Yeah! 

The rest is same. I am sad I am not so happy anymore, buuu. Will start my day with the Spark tomorrow. It is the allergies. I can't breath, can't eat without looking like I am on my death bed. During my class I forget steps, I can only concentrate on my deep breaths. I am so freaking tired from running nose, tissues everywhere, sleeping with open mouth.  Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
But I do look much better now, but now I need to add some ab work to my daily squat-push ups routine. I can see my muscles so much better, the form, it does lookes like I did lean down. YAY. Just need my Spark. Which I wish would open my nose not my eyes. I really need the orange planet to become green again. Tired of pollen. 

And sad thing, I don't own any pants I could put on and see if I really lost any pounds, all the pants are the workout pants or dresses. So, I guess I can measure my leg :)

Me -  had a little cheat today for lunch. Went to mexican restaurANT with Eddie, had a flour tortilla and a bit of sour cream.. Had a sip of frozen margarita from my husband :) 
But overall keep my healthy diet :)  

Had to skip a day of squats, after piloxing workout sunday and my 130 squats i am super sore today, where I have difficulties even to get down to the toilet.

 My 5 ladies start their cleans tomorrow. I am so proud of them. I really hope they will enjoy that trip.

Sorry, really short today.

Tried O2 ( don't remember the name exactly ), it brings more oxygen to the blood; and took my favorite Catalyst before the Zumba class, I felt so dancy. Seriously like after vacation. Like I didn't work out for so long. Soft muscles; such beautiful feeling when you don't drag yourself to work :)

This stuff trully works.

DAY 11



Day 11 / Sunday  / March 23

YOU guys, skip today my writing. Had "Piloxing" training today, super tired, didn't eat enough or on time during the day and after the workout, so over eating in the evening of course, good healthy dinner but a lot.
Very very stupid of me.

But definitely had a lot of water today. And my body constantly asking for water, not food, not any of the junk food I would constanly grab before instead of water.
I am not hungry anymore for junk or bread!!!!

One thing I know as soon as I got home I was craving red wine, alcohol=sugar, burned a bunch of calories today, didn't eat right after class, result - " Give me red wine and no one gets hurt ".  But I was good as soon as I had dinner.

So once again:  do not ever ever skip food after the workout.


DAY 10



Day 10 / Saturday  / March 22

Last day of phase 1. Oooooo yeah!!!!!!!!

Since I didn't sleep enough yesterday I woke up dead, spark right away. Here we go! More energy. 

Took my probiotic pills.

And today I had a chance to try the Peach and cream fiber drink. Highly recommend! Do not get citrus.  This one is not the best but it goes down smoothly.

For breakfast had oatmeal with berries and raisins. 

On the way to work had spark ( the other half from the morning pack ) in my 33oz and CATALYST. This is my favorite stuff now. O my God!!! 

Taught my aqua class, had my Endurox r4, I don't use the Advocare stuff yet, have to finish my old and then I will start my research. 

Went to teach Pilates. 

No, this is it. I am in love how I feel right now about my body. I feel rested,  I can push harder, I can hold that plank longer, I feel lean and strong!  Very happy with myself!  

You guys! Get CATALYST. 

After classes had some sort of protein bar, my 33oz spark, and went grocery shopping. No, Saturday is not the best day. Will have to switch to another day. I like when my week has a schedule then I know what I have to do today and if I have to take another spark :)
As I did today. Had it on the way home ( half of pack )but in a little bottle. I never use the whole pack anymore it's too sweet for me. It does its job anyhow.

Before lunch thought I'd throw in my squats and push-ups to get over with. Done and done. 105 squats and 32 pushups. I don't know where I take that strength but 32 pushups is a big thing for me.
I feel freaking pumped. 

Lunch: veggies, chicken,  peanut butter,  prunes, onion and garlic powder and that spicy Asian sous sriracha. 

Need to clean my house today, because tomorrow is my Piloxing training.  Can't wait.
So, will go to spark and off I go :):):):):):)

DAY 9

Day 9 / Friday  / March 21

Had to wake up at 4 AM, you know I had to be on TV today, so shower, spike up the hair, little make up..
Spark I mixed last night already! "coffee" was ready. I didn't eat cause I knew I still have to take my 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills and a fiber drink.

So I was on channel 2 this morning. Well we were at the Surfset Fitness Houston studio with the reporter Ruben Galvan. And we were there only as models, doing a class on surf boards link to video on Channel 2  

Was home around 7:30. You don't even know how awake I was. Love what Spark does to me.
I did my 100 squats and 27 pushups today, yay. I had spend my time on something after I took my 2 Probiotic pills. 
And for breakfast around 9 I had my pancakes. Today I added oatmeal in and raisins. That was tasty.


Went to teach Stretch and Flex class, had another spark ( I only mix half of the pack ),
then lunch at Panera bread with my friends. Every Friday we have a tradition : Karen, Susanna and me, we always go to eat. Love my friends. Today we had Maria joining us. That was a fun lunch.

I ll tell you, that Spark thingy does an awesome job keeping you awake and focus!!!

Back at home.
I only took 20 min nap before my R.I.P.P.E.D. class. Had to have the Spark again though, was drinking it in the car on the way to work. Also the Catalyst. O this is my dream pill. I also read it helps you to get rid of cellulite.  Well this is good to know. It says it takes a month but it is worth waiting.

After R.I.P.P.E.D. had a protein shake with banana and raisins and MANGO, love that fruit. Frrrruit :)

Also, tomorrow is my last day of cleanse and then second phase. This is when you start seeing results.

So this is it for now. My story gets shorter and shorter. 


Bathroom notes: Sometimes you still can see the fiber collecting the waste, but most of the times is all almost back to normal.

DAY 8

Day 8 / Thursday  / March20

One week ago I have started my challenge. 

Today is the day when you take your 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills and the fiber drink.
Our guide says pills 30 min before breakfast, and then fiber drink with breakfast.
Another place said wait another 30 minutes after the drink.
Well so I did.
8:00 - 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills. 
8:30 - fiber drink
9:00 - breakfast in the car

Had to take the meal replacement shake this morning, and of course it was already in the car, driving to teach Zumba class + 30 min pilates.  Took my Catalyst. Love that stuff!

Had Indurox R4 right after that and went to teach my Yoga.

At home remembered to do my squats, I had to adjust my squat challenge schedule a bit, cause of my husband days off. Well today was 95 times day and I did 22 pushups.

1:30 PM For lunch had soup, chicken and peanut butter :)

Snack - had my oatmeal left from yesterday's breakfast, poached egg.

4:30 - this is exciting, I had 4 of my ladies ( 1 of then did it yesterday ) come with me to Anytime fitness for the measurements on the TANITA scale ( Body Composition Analyzers ) which gives you 14 data points about your body. You will see your weight, body mass index ( BMI ), body fat, fat mass, fat range, fat free mass; visceral fat rating, body water, water mass, muscle mass; basal metabolic rate, metabolic age ( this is one is my favorite one ). They start they 24 day challenge this coming monday!  They will be measured again after 24 days. Huge thanks to the owner of Anytime Fitness Jennifer Baker.
 YAY!!!!!!!

Rigth after the meeting went to  teach my aqua class.

Around 8, had my dinner, vegetables and chicken.

Off to bed, sorry for the short story, allergies eating my eyes today and nose is blocked. 
And tomorrow morning I will be on TV on channel 2 at 5:30 AM, it is with the Surf Fitness, but I am not sure exactly what is happening. Will let you know how it all went :)

And no more evening pills. Which I also forgot my evening san pelegrino tradition. O well. Sleep I go.


How I feel: Fantastic. I now put only half of spark package to the 33OZ of water and it still opens my eyes.

DAY 7

How I feel: Today is the day when I started to have paranoia LOL  I'll tell you. I think that's why any other diet never ever worked, cause if I don't see results I give up.

Now it probably sounded so wrong, but no, I am that person - NO PATIENCE :) I can wait 7 days and if I am not super model by day 7 then it probably doesn't work. If I don't have a 6 pack then it doesn't work. See, no patience. It doesn't matter that I feel so much energy, it doesn't matter that my stomach actually is smaller, it doesn't matter that I wake up happy, that 7 day rule in my head is stuck - NO PATIENCE. So I kinda got sad today, I don't want to wait another 2 weeks, I WANT IT NOW D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

8:00 - 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills.  Tomorrow we will add our fiber drink back.
9:00  Breakfast with Eddie. Oatmeal, fruits, eggs, nuts... Good stuff :)

We went horse back riding today. That was super fun :) Had my SPARK on the way there.

Had late lunch around 2 PM We bought some fajita meet at that Mexican meet market on 1960, had vegetable soup, fresh veggies. We also bought mangoes.  Oy how tasty!
Spend some time under the sun in our patio. We love to spend our days like that.

Around 4 PM mixed another SPARK. But only half package and in a 33 OZ bottle. Love the feeling after spark - AWAKE! And happy.

And finally my CATALYST arrived.
Jennifer gave me to try it before, I didn't understand the effect then.
Today I took it right after my R.I.P.P.E.D class at 6 PM. I got super powers !!!! O my god! I love that stuff! You know when you lift weights and you think this is it, can't dooooooo it.. Today I could so easy step over that and lift couple more times. Awesome! Totally different work out. Strong and energized. From today I will tell everyone about it.

On top of that, got my patience back :) I probably have extra time to think and get stressed out over nothing. I am not gonna look in the mirror too much LOL

Skipped my squats and 20 pushups today. Off day :)

 After class around  7:40 PM made a banana protein shake, had a spoon full of peanut butter, later on some golden tomatoes and another mango.

11 PM In bed, drinking San Pelegrino and taking my evening herbal cleanse. today is LAST DAY for herbal cleanse.

Bathroom notes: Back to cleaning :) I guess it is all about what you eat a night before. Bigger dinner - bigger bathroom :) Something else! It doesn't smell so bad anymore! And pee stays clear that is a good sign!

DAY 6

Day 6 / Tuesday / March 18

Today is my morning off - hubby is home :) He stood up waaaay before me, took care of our dogs, fed them,  Thank you my Eddie!

I slept until 8:45 - 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills.

Did my 75 squats, 20 pushups. Last 4 pushups were so much easier already.  

9:20 Already in the car, drinking my meal replacement shake, on the way to take a Piloxing class at GroupFit ( I only teach classes now, so to take a class for myself is such a nice feeling )
10:30 a recovery drink Endurox R4 and straight to teach a pilates class.

12 PM Lunch. Banana before we made to the Vietnamese place I LOVE BOBO. Had a sandwich with vegetables and thin sliced grilled pork, had a little bit of the white bread and an avocado shake they make there at I love BOBO.

1:30 PM Spark. Love that drink!!! My eyes were closing and no energy, after spark - good to go, like I just woke up.

Watching movie, spending time at home with my Eddie.

4:30 PM Snacking, home made muesli with a glass of almond milk.

Off to work. Pilates class and Aqua.

Dinner day 6
9:00 PM Monday and Tuesday are the late dinner days for me. Steamed vegetables with chicken, a bit of olive oil, nutritional yeast. Did added raisins and cranberries.  Was hungry, had peanut butter and apple.

11 PM In bed, drinking San Pelegrino and taking my evening herbal cleanse, usual evening procedure :)

How I feel: Very calm. Relaxed. I notice myself behind the wheel. I am not so aggressive to the people who block my right turn or to the super slow drivers who sit and wait when the light turns green. No stress. I have my yoga classes on Thursday and Friday, I better start talking to the Universe :)

Bathroom notes: Very short on using the restroom today. Went only 1 or 2 times. Hm ?! Am I doing everything right or am I already clean? Hm..

DAY 5

Day 5 / Monday

Today was not the best morning, lack of energy :(

6:45 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills.

7:15 My banana protein pancakes :) Some almonds and dry prunes.  Took 2 OmegaPlex, had my Spark. I am really low today.

Here we go, after Spark, around 8 AM all good to go, energy is back.

No morning classes today, had to get my fingerprints taken for the immigration process :) This had to be my last appointment for next 10 years or so.
Drinking San Pelegrino.

12 PM snack, almonds, dry cranberries, prunes, raisins and i had 2 pancakes left from this morning.
Another 33 OZ bottle of water down :)

Did my 70 squats, 20 pushups

1:30 PM Lunch. Soup, chicken, peanut butter on the spoon :)

I am struggling of allergies today, feel like going to bed, like I need to close my eyes.
So the question: another Spark or sleep? :)
3 PM So Spark time it is :) Mixed it in 33 OZ.

4 PM Snack, apple, almonds, prunes

6:30 PM My dinner was a toasted multi grain bread with peanut butter. Grabbed my 2 OmegaPlex pills, running to teach my Zumba class and spread the word about 24 day challenge. I am super excited to tell all my ladies how I feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9:30 PM Home, had a protein shake for recovery after the class and straight to dinner, steamed vegetables with a bit of olive oil and the nutritional yeast. My friend Lee introduce me to the yeast. It is a little salty, only 5 mg ( depends on the maker ), has a lot of potassium and some good amount of protein.

11 PM In bed, drinking San Pelegrino and taking my evening herbal cleanse.

Today is a horrible day! Allergies killing me. Now in bed, can't breath, even ears are blocked. Quick quick quick to april! Let's goooooooo!

How I feel Today I struggle with allergies so I don't have enough air in my lungs, so energy level os really low. I am still happy and positive, but just a little bit more oxygen would be better. 

Bathroom notes: Morning as yesterday, had to go fast. But peeing - my body is used to drink so much and can hold longer.

DAY 4


Drinking water is CRUCIAL to the cleanse, especially in the first THREE days.  Water keeps the toxins flushing out of your system instead of being re-absorbed.)

6:45 Todays morning started with the run to the bathroom.
Then, no more fiber drinks for 4 days, took 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills.

7:15 Meal replacement shake. Wanted to see and try what is is to be exact. Mine is a chocolate mocha. Very reach, don't even mix it with milk and you can use your protein powder bottle shaker. 

Did couple of exercises. I am also on 30 day squat challenge,  so today I had to do 60 squats, used my 10 pounder weights; got excited, added some ab work,  shoulders, biceps, triceps and did 20 pushups.  Why not? It is on my measurement paper, how many pushups can you do in 24 seconds? I did 20 that first day, today was just 20, no timing. 

9:30 2 eggs, golden tomatoes.

11:30 Hungryyyyyyy, o my god! Terrible.
 Had vegetable soup, it did have some pasta in there, handful of almonds and mix a protein shake to add protein to my body. I have to go shopping I don't have any protein in the house,  no chicken,  no fish...
Reading again! I am reading again!
12:30 mixing spark. Need to keep moving, book made me sleepy. 

Oooohoooo wasn't hungry for 4 hours. 

4:15 Eating my home made muesli,  almond milk with protein. 
Feel awesome. I don't know what "drug" is in that spark but it makes me awake.

6 PM  Dinner at  my very very good greek friend house Karen. Karen always makes tasty foods. There is always a delicious greek salad, only Karen can make it so delicious. Today she also had grilled kabobs. I only ate one little piece of meet, the rest was vegetables, aha and something what tasted like pasta, but looked like rice. Yeah, I am not the best example for the cleanse :) 

Craving red wine, hm? Alcohol = sugar. Need something sweet? Or is it still that lost energy from yesterday's workout? O well.

Around 9 PM got hungry. But didn't eat, only had my San Pelegrino.

10 PM Not going to bed yet, but took my 3 evening pills already and  the main reason for that was not to go the pantry and grab something to eat.

How I feel: I even read a book last night! I wake up easily. I wake up happy. With the every day routine,  lack of sleep I just didn't have nice mornings anymore.
Now I am not hungry for bad stuff, I am thirsty war water. I am in a good mood. I feel like I am 3-4 years younger. I want to spread my wings again.  I feel positive, I want to take care of myself,  I feel like a lady. I want to look good for myself and Eddie.
I am not sure yet if I lost any pounds,  I am just very happy with myself.

Bathroom notesThis morning I had to run to the restrooms. As soon as I left my dogs out, my body said Run!  The rest of the day was regular.

6:45 AM Fiber shake. Today is the last day for the shake this week. Next 3 days are just 2 little white pills.
I so don't mind that shake. It's not bad at all. I mix it with the 4oz of water, start drinking and keep adding water when it gets thicker.  I learn that method long time ago when I was using my other cleansing products. Don't remember the name but that was nusty.
So if you done any other fiber drink before you will enjoy the Advocare.  
7:15 AM Breakfast / scrambled egg, pastrami, almonds, dry raisins and cranberries, oatmeal with fresh fruits ( well, frozen from microwave, which gave me that sweet juice ). No salt ( except in pastrami ), no sugar.

How I feel today I woke up happy today. I slept much better, I even have more energy than the other 2 days. I feel lighter too. Well yeah not eating so much in the evenings anymore probably did help.

O my god the energy I had in both classes. I did not even have my spark yet! I was more creative, could push harder in Pilates, I feel like I am getting stronger, can perform better.

After that very strong class I did not eat cause got stuck longer at Walmart. And that was the biggest mistake I made today because for lunch at 1 PM  I had more than I needed.

Lunch - vegetable soup, rice, 2 fried eggs ( picture ), that would be ok, but this is where my body started craving my lost energy and I couldn't stop eating. I had my peanut butter sandwich and couple peanut butter spoons.

And I know it so well, but still do. I am very angry at myself that I ate more, have to eat light until tomorrow.

3 PM snacking on apple.

4 PM Gave up struggling, had "Slam" energy drink. Struggle always happens to me when I come home and instead of doing something I sit down, open my computer and this is where I get stuck. And the more I sit, the more my body falls asleep. And then good luck on starting moving again.

Slam did its job and I am full on with energy, continue working on my house. Last couple of days this is what I do, I got into clean and tide mode, I move things around that had to be moved for a couple of months but never had energy to start.

8:30 PM Dinner with my husband Eddie. I made another vegetable soup, had some boiled eggs and couple of dry apricots.

11 PM Already in bed, drinking my San Pelegrino, already took the Herbal Cleanse.

So how I feel? A-mazing :) I smile all day, even when I had that struggling part, I still smile. My dogs would make me angry, not anymore. I just smile and have enough patience for everyone.

I AM HAPPY AGAIN!

7 AM Fiber Drink
Now preparing breakfast. This is the recipe:

I also added a scoop of my Syntha-6 Cookie & Cream protein powder. My friend Mara suggested this protein powder to me, she is a personal trainer and works with fitness models. It has 6 different proteins and stays in your body much longer.

This is where I bought it, very happy with the price: get synths-6 here. But look on the Amazon as well. They always have good price.

8:40 AM Spark in 8 oz, plus another glass and a half of water.

12 PM Yoga class 10:30 - check
Snack ( almonds, raisins, dry oats, cranberries and prunes. Glass of warm Almond-Coconut Milk )

1:30 PM Lunch ( steamed veggies, sardines, one slice of multi grain bread )

2 PM Feel crazy tired. But have to continue working on the house. Had to take another energy drink from advocare - Slam. Hopefully will fall asleep tonight :) :) :)

8 PM Although I looked and felt tired, I had so much energy for my R.I.P.P.E.D. class at 5:30 pm. The whole hour I could push super hard. Very proud. Eating right for the last 2 days made my body a little bit lighter already. Felt good to be strong.

So dinner. Had protein shake with a banana after class, mixed it with the almond coconut milk and then had vegetable soup and some more steamed veggies. I need my food to be warm, my body gets cold very fast.
Did not forget my OmegaPlex like I did this afternoon.
I was craving something sweet. Had couple of dried apricots.

10 PM Drinking my San Pelegrino water. My doctor says it is a really good water for you. I buy it at Costco, this month it is actually $10 or so for the whole box.
Will have to take my herbal cleanse soon. Have a good night everyone.

P.S. bathroom notes: 

Had to go to pee in the middle of the night, that full glass of water last night did it job.

AM - right after fiber drink stomach started working ( it's normal for me, as soon as there is breakfast in my body I can go ), the only difference today was that actually more stuff came out, cleanse works :)

All day went as normal, I didn't have to look for extreme bathrooms brake, only peeing more.
I can definitely see what my body is getting rid of toxins and flashing out bunch of stuff.

My name is Svety, I am a 31 year old group fitness instructor. I am in shape, but in good cardio shape :) I don't lift weights, which I need to do.

English is my second language so do apologize for my "broken phrases".

I am here today cause I am trying the 24 day challenge with advocare, I don't need to lose weight, but to clean pizza and beer out of my system. Frank, a friend of mine said: "just get rid of your pizza and beer" :) Aha, easy to say. Well for the next 24 day I will do :) And after that I will probably not wanna go back to it.
See I could save money on beer, pizza and the cleanse as well, but not, human being, we love to spoil ourselves and then pay extra to clean that mess : )

Yesterday I took my photos, went to Jennifer, a friend of mine, and she put me on these nice scale that reads your metabolic age, how much water and muscle your body has and so on.. I am a little person with  a 17 year old metabolism, that was so nice to know.

So I am ready.. to get rid of my pizza and beer belly :)

7:30 AM All I've read so much about that citrus fiber drink, it is not so bad at all. I've done waaaaay worse than that. Just don't think about it. Just drink it.  It's all cool.

I made a mistake and my my breakfast before i had to drink my shake, so I had to eat it a bit cold. Was too lazy to actually warm it up again. O well, lesson learned. Prepare your breakfast after your shake :)

Did skip my Spark for later, I always have energy when I wake up.
So my morning started on the right leg :) Going to teach my classes, will be back after lunch :)

Had to have my spark as a SNACK actually around 9:20 right before class, got super hungry for some reason. I do mix it in a bigger bottle so I consume more water like that.

1 PM Zumba and Yoga class - check.
Lunch. I so could eat like that every day, yeah right.. Bread and sandwiches are so much more tastier and faster :) It takes a little while to chew all that salad :)
I do get in the mood every 2-3 months when I eat right, but then I end up craving all the bad stuff ( sugar and bread to be exact) So, "burned" on all eating clean & right I finally learn my body and know what I can't cut sweets out of my life, so hopefully the advocare's spark will kill that sweet tooth in me.

3 PM Snack time - apple. Love snacking on apples. Feel full.
 ***

4:30 PM Had another apple and a hand full of almonds. Did you know what only 14 almonds is already  100 calories.

Dinner plate
8 PM Taught the aqua class - check.
Took 2 OmegaPlex, it's a bit complicated cause on the bottle it says take twice a day, but the booklet says once. So I found out that the other 2 pills of OmegaPlex you can take with lunch.

So I had my dinner and then found that post:

But you know, I am not gonna go so crazy with a fruit only for breakfast. I will follow the daily guide for food that came with the product. Plus you always need to consume protein with your meal.. So I guess I am not the best example in this challenge. 

And boy wasn't I hungry all the evening. But I said: "you will thank yourself tomorrow!"

So I go to bed now, took my 3 herbal cleanse pills with a glass of water and will see what happens tomorrow. But I am definitely can't wait for my breakfast.

P.S. - visits to the bathroom: #1 more often, #2 as normal :)
