YOU guys, skip today my writing. Had "Piloxing" training today, super tired, didn't eat enough or on time during the day and after the workout, so over eating in the evening of course, good healthy dinner but a lot.
Very very stupid of me.
But definitely had a lot of water today. And my body constantly asking for water, not food, not any of the junk food I would constanly grab before instead of water.
I am not hungry anymore for junk or bread!!!!
One thing I know as soon as I got home I was craving red wine, alcohol=sugar, burned a bunch of calories today, didn't eat right after class, result - " Give me red wine and no one gets hurt ". But I was good as soon as I had dinner.
So once again: do not ever ever skip food after the workout.
