DAY 4


Drinking water is CRUCIAL to the cleanse, especially in the first THREE days.  Water keeps the toxins flushing out of your system instead of being re-absorbed.)

6:45 Todays morning started with the run to the bathroom.
Then, no more fiber drinks for 4 days, took 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills.

7:15 Meal replacement shake. Wanted to see and try what is is to be exact. Mine is a chocolate mocha. Very reach, don't even mix it with milk and you can use your protein powder bottle shaker. 

Did couple of exercises. I am also on 30 day squat challenge,  so today I had to do 60 squats, used my 10 pounder weights; got excited, added some ab work,  shoulders, biceps, triceps and did 20 pushups.  Why not? It is on my measurement paper, how many pushups can you do in 24 seconds? I did 20 that first day, today was just 20, no timing. 

9:30 2 eggs, golden tomatoes.

11:30 Hungryyyyyyy, o my god! Terrible.
 Had vegetable soup, it did have some pasta in there, handful of almonds and mix a protein shake to add protein to my body. I have to go shopping I don't have any protein in the house,  no chicken,  no fish...
Reading again! I am reading again!
12:30 mixing spark. Need to keep moving, book made me sleepy. 

Oooohoooo wasn't hungry for 4 hours. 

4:15 Eating my home made muesli,  almond milk with protein. 
Feel awesome. I don't know what "drug" is in that spark but it makes me awake.

6 PM  Dinner at  my very very good greek friend house Karen. Karen always makes tasty foods. There is always a delicious greek salad, only Karen can make it so delicious. Today she also had grilled kabobs. I only ate one little piece of meet, the rest was vegetables, aha and something what tasted like pasta, but looked like rice. Yeah, I am not the best example for the cleanse :) 

Craving red wine, hm? Alcohol = sugar. Need something sweet? Or is it still that lost energy from yesterday's workout? O well.

Around 9 PM got hungry. But didn't eat, only had my San Pelegrino.

10 PM Not going to bed yet, but took my 3 evening pills already and  the main reason for that was not to go the pantry and grab something to eat.

How I feel: I even read a book last night! I wake up easily. I wake up happy. With the every day routine,  lack of sleep I just didn't have nice mornings anymore.
Now I am not hungry for bad stuff, I am thirsty war water. I am in a good mood. I feel like I am 3-4 years younger. I want to spread my wings again.  I feel positive, I want to take care of myself,  I feel like a lady. I want to look good for myself and Eddie.
I am not sure yet if I lost any pounds,  I am just very happy with myself.

Bathroom notesThis morning I had to run to the restrooms. As soon as I left my dogs out, my body said Run!  The rest of the day was regular.
