DAY 10



Day 10 / Saturday  / March 22

Last day of phase 1. Oooooo yeah!!!!!!!!

Since I didn't sleep enough yesterday I woke up dead, spark right away. Here we go! More energy. 

Took my probiotic pills.

And today I had a chance to try the Peach and cream fiber drink. Highly recommend! Do not get citrus.  This one is not the best but it goes down smoothly.

For breakfast had oatmeal with berries and raisins. 

On the way to work had spark ( the other half from the morning pack ) in my 33oz and CATALYST. This is my favorite stuff now. O my God!!! 

Taught my aqua class, had my Endurox r4, I don't use the Advocare stuff yet, have to finish my old and then I will start my research. 

Went to teach Pilates. 

No, this is it. I am in love how I feel right now about my body. I feel rested,  I can push harder, I can hold that plank longer, I feel lean and strong!  Very happy with myself!  

You guys! Get CATALYST. 

After classes had some sort of protein bar, my 33oz spark, and went grocery shopping. No, Saturday is not the best day. Will have to switch to another day. I like when my week has a schedule then I know what I have to do today and if I have to take another spark :)
As I did today. Had it on the way home ( half of pack )but in a little bottle. I never use the whole pack anymore it's too sweet for me. It does its job anyhow.

Before lunch thought I'd throw in my squats and push-ups to get over with. Done and done. 105 squats and 32 pushups. I don't know where I take that strength but 32 pushups is a big thing for me.
I feel freaking pumped. 

Lunch: veggies, chicken,  peanut butter,  prunes, onion and garlic powder and that spicy Asian sous sriracha. 

Need to clean my house today, because tomorrow is my Piloxing training.  Can't wait.
So, will go to spark and off I go :):):):):):)

Coleslaw for dinner with olive oil, cranberries, flex seeds, bit of salt, chicken.

 Can't wait till tomorrow, new phase, the training, o how nice :)

In bed, San Pelegrino, sleep  :) 


Bathroom notes: still cleaning! 
And sometimes you go for #1 but #2 is there as well.
