DAY 6

Day 6 / Tuesday / March 18

Today is my morning off - hubby is home :) He stood up waaaay before me, took care of our dogs, fed them,  Thank you my Eddie!

I slept until 8:45 - 2 little tiny Probiotic restore ultra pills.

Did my 75 squats, 20 pushups. Last 4 pushups were so much easier already.  

9:20 Already in the car, drinking my meal replacement shake, on the way to take a Piloxing class at GroupFit ( I only teach classes now, so to take a class for myself is such a nice feeling )
10:30 a recovery drink Endurox R4 and straight to teach a pilates class.

12 PM Lunch. Banana before we made to the Vietnamese place I LOVE BOBO. Had a sandwich with vegetables and thin sliced grilled pork, had a little bit of the white bread and an avocado shake they make there at I love BOBO.

1:30 PM Spark. Love that drink!!! My eyes were closing and no energy, after spark - good to go, like I just woke up.

Watching movie, spending time at home with my Eddie.

4:30 PM Snacking, home made muesli with a glass of almond milk.

Off to work. Pilates class and Aqua.

Dinner day 6
9:00 PM Monday and Tuesday are the late dinner days for me. Steamed vegetables with chicken, a bit of olive oil, nutritional yeast. Did added raisins and cranberries.  Was hungry, had peanut butter and apple.

11 PM In bed, drinking San Pelegrino and taking my evening herbal cleanse, usual evening procedure :)

How I feel: Very calm. Relaxed. I notice myself behind the wheel. I am not so aggressive to the people who block my right turn or to the super slow drivers who sit and wait when the light turns green. No stress. I have my yoga classes on Thursday and Friday, I better start talking to the Universe :)

Bathroom notes: Very short on using the restroom today. Went only 1 or 2 times. Hm ?! Am I doing everything right or am I already clean? Hm..
