7 AM Fiber Drink
Now preparing breakfast. This is the recipe:

I also added a scoop of my Syntha-6 Cookie & Cream protein powder. My friend Mara suggested this protein powder to me, she is a personal trainer and works with fitness models. It has 6 different proteins and stays in your body much longer.
This is where I bought it, very happy with the price: get synths-6 here. But look on the Amazon as well. They always have good price.

8:40 AM Spark in 8 oz, plus another glass and a half of water.
( Drinking water is CRUCIAL to the cleanse, especially in the first THREE days. Water keeps the toxins flushing out of your system instead of being re-absorbed )

12 PM Yoga class 10:30 - check
Snack ( almonds, raisins, dry oats, cranberries and prunes. Glass of warm Almond-Coconut Milk )

1:30 PM Lunch ( steamed veggies, sardines, one slice of multi grain bread )

2 PM Feel crazy tired. But have to continue working on the house. Had to take another energy drink from advocare - Slam. Hopefully will fall asleep tonight :) :) :)

8 PM Although I looked and felt tired, I had so much energy for my R.I.P.P.E.D. class at 5:30 pm. The whole hour I could push super hard. Very proud. Eating right for the last 2 days made my body a little bit lighter already. Felt good to be strong.
So dinner. Had protein shake with a banana after class, mixed it with the almond coconut milk and then had vegetable soup and some more steamed veggies. I need my food to be warm, my body gets cold very fast.
Did not forget my OmegaPlex like I did this afternoon.

10 PM Drinking my San Pelegrino water. My doctor says it is a really good water for you. I buy it at Costco, this month it is actually $10 or so for the whole box.

P.S. bathroom notes:
Had to go to pee in the middle of the night, that full glass of water last night did it job.
AM - right after fiber drink stomach started working ( it's normal for me, as soon as there is breakfast in my body I can go ), the only difference today was that actually more stuff came out, cleanse works :)
All day went as normal, I didn't have to look for extreme bathrooms brake, only peeing more.
I can definitely see what my body is getting rid of toxins and flashing out bunch of stuff.
