6:45 AM Fiber shake. Today is the last day for the shake this week. Next 3 days are just 2 little white pills.
I so don't mind that shake. It's not bad at all. I mix it with the 4oz of water, start drinking and keep adding water when it gets thicker.  I learn that method long time ago when I was using my other cleansing products. Don't remember the name but that was nusty.
So if you done any other fiber drink before you will enjoy the Advocare.  
7:15 AM Breakfast / scrambled egg, pastrami, almonds, dry raisins and cranberries, oatmeal with fresh fruits ( well, frozen from microwave, which gave me that sweet juice ). No salt ( except in pastrami ), no sugar.

How I feel today I woke up happy today. I slept much better, I even have more energy than the other 2 days. I feel lighter too. Well yeah not eating so much in the evenings anymore probably did help.

9:15 AM Taught aqua class
10:15 AM Protein-banana-almond milk shake
10:30 AM Pilates class
O my god the energy I had in both classes. I did not even have my spark yet! I was more creative, could push harder in Pilates, I feel like I am getting stronger, can perform better.

After that very strong class I did not eat cause got stuck longer at Walmart. And that was the biggest mistake I made today because for lunch at 1 PM  I had more than I needed.

Lunch - vegetable soup, rice, 2 fried eggs ( picture ), that would be ok, but this is where my body started craving my lost energy and I couldn't stop eating. I had my peanut butter sandwich and couple peanut butter spoons.
DO NOT SKIP MEAL AFTER THE WORKOUT
And I know it so well, but still do. I am very angry at myself that I ate more, have to eat light until tomorrow.

3 PM snacking on apple.

4 PM Gave up struggling, had "Slam" energy drink. Struggle always happens to me when I come home and instead of doing something I sit down, open my computer and this is where I get stuck. And the more I sit, the more my body falls asleep. And then good luck on starting moving again.

Slam did its job and I am full on with energy, continue working on my house. Last couple of days this is what I do, I got into clean and tide mode, I move things around that had to be moved for a couple of months but never had energy to start.

8:30 PM Dinner with my husband Eddie. I made another vegetable soup, had some boiled eggs and couple of dry apricots.

11 PM Already in bed, drinking my San Pelegrino, already took the Herbal Cleanse.

So how I feel? A-mazing :) I smile all day, even when I had that struggling part, I still smile. My dogs would make me angry, not anymore. I just smile and have enough patience for everyone.

I AM HAPPY AGAIN!

P.S. bathroom notes: 
Body got used to the water, doesn't need to pee so much. All the rest is regular.
